Introduction
To introduce my topic, I am going to examine Starbucks recent turnaround due to the make of the financial crisis including the measures taken by Mr Schultz, the CEO of the company. As a next step, I am going to look at the theory behind this issue and combine theory with the hard-nosed case of Starbucks. Furthermore, in that location will be an analysis of Starbucks case including the impact of the financial crisis, the measures taken and substitute products of Starbucks coffee.
