The way he sees it, he has been sentenced to death by a human jury, but his accusers have been convicted of injustice. He was much happier accepting his sentence than theirs, and considered it to be fair.
He terminate his address talking to the people who voted against him. He knew that even though they managed to silence him, they wont ever be up to(p) to live free of criticism.
