Another exciting day around our dinner card as I have what a lot of citizenry might say was the perfect set up as far as my wellness is concerned, my son a medical exam doctor ready and waiting to look after all my physical ailments with his prescription pad on tap and his massive knowledge on knowing how the carcass works as he believes it does and my lovely daughter who is a brotherly business worker. My daughter’s view to health would be very open-minded and holistic.



She adapts the biopsychosocial model which takes the whole person into narration (Earle 2007) it looks at the different aspects that affect our health eg. biological health body our organs or illness, our psychological health( our well existence) and social health our environment all of these she believes plays a huge purpose in the state of our health whether that be negative or positive. I also believe my daughter Elaine’s personality influenced the line of work she went into even as a child when she’d fall she would love the kiss and cuddle and the reassurance of being told that every thing would be ok.
