The expectancy theory proposes that passel ar motivated to turn out in ways that produce valued outcomes. Goals are what an individualist is trying to accomplish. With this perception and knowledge of the expectancy theory, I am determined to continue down the right path with undersize distractions as possible with the goals I set. I know with believe in myself and being surrounded by goal- orientated masses lead victorfully help me complete my college education because I expect nothing but the best. Having faith is the key to my success along with other factors. I know without faith in myself, I cannot complete the goals I set out to accomplish. For me this is relation myself I will be successful, I will be the first grandchild to get a college degree and I will be someone my family can look up too. These are the motivational statements that stay in my heart to keep me from button astray. Without these beliefs I would not be where I am today. For example, organism surrounded by goal- orientated people will help me stay on track. Having other people around that want something out of life is motivating in itself.

It is rewarding to strike positive people to talk to and who wants to see you do well. Goal-orientated people have high expectancy levels. Factors associated with these expectancy levels are self-efficacy, goal difficulties and control. Goal-orientated people set goals they know they can accomplish. They have untroubled beliefs and their ability to successfully complete their goals. Control over their goals is fairish to maintain.
